To play the game with RTX on at 1080p a Geforce RTX 2060 is enough. However, if you don't care about RTX even a GTX 1060 will get the job done. As mentioned in the cyberpunk specifications you'll need a Core i7 or Ryzen 5 to get the smooth experience for quality from 1080p RTX off to 4k RTX on.

Does RX 6000 support Ray Tracing in Cyberpunk?

Considering how the AMD RX 6000 series is made with RDNA 2 architecture which also supports Ray tracing but still it is not mentioned in the specifications given by CDPR which is kinda weird.

Right now, the RX 6000 series doesn't support DLSS features at all but it might come in the future. Ignoring the specifications of CDPR which are clearly Nvidia Favoured, the RX 6000 can easily handle 4k gaming with RTX on.
