Ryzen 7 3700X scores 6220 Single core point whereas 64143 Points in Multi-Core Performance, while the Intel i7-9700K performs slightly better in Single-Core performance, by 6297 Points, however, the Ryzen 7 3700X wins in the Multi-core performance as it scores 34143 Points in whereas the i7-9700K scores only 30152 points.

As always, this AMD Processor to wins in Multi-Core performance such as Streaming where you Stream, and Play both at the same time. However, the Intel i7 did achieve better Speed in Single-Core tasks.
