Motorola Edge S comes with LPDDR5 RAM that provides up to 72% speed as compared to LPDDR4 RAM, and 25% increased storage speed using the UFS3.1 as compare to UFS3.0. Motorola Ege S combine with UFS3.1 and LPDDR5 gives up to 700MB/s write speed.
