After almost 7 Years, Intel is finally adding a Brand New Core Architecture to the Core i9-11900k processors, which is called the Cypress Cove core. Previous Generation Intel Processors have been using the Same 14nm Process node based architecure.

The Core i9-11900k will have a total of 8 Cores and 16 Threads, while the Maximum boost clock speed will be 5.3 GHz, and the all-core boost frequency will be 4.8 GHz. The Leaked specifications of the new Brand New Intel 11th Gen Rocket lake Flagship states it will have a total of 16MB L3 cache, and 4 MB of L2 cache.
The New Processor family will have a support DDR4 Ram(s) of up to 3200 Mhz. While having Backwards compatibility with Intel 400 Series Chipsets, The chip will also feature Thermal Velocity Boost which should deliver a 100 MHz jump in the max clock frequency.

When compared with the Ryzen 9 5950X, the Intel Core i9-11900k performance 13% faster in Single-Core Performance, which makes Intel Core i9-11900k the best Single Core Processor.
