You don't need to go through all the technical specs to run Windows 11, if you are using a PC that meets the minimum requirements of Windows 10 then it must be alright upgrading to Windows 11. Although you have to pay attention to the TPM settings of your board. By default, TPM is disabled in most of the motherboards, and some old motherboards don't have them at all. So make sure TPM 2.0 is present and enabled in your motherboard before heading towards installing Windows 11.

How To Check Your System For TPM 2.0

TPM 2.0 is a must-have Hardware Requirement to upgrade your system from older versions to Windows 11. TPM 2.0 was introduced to the world in 2015, and generally, all the ASUS motherboards launched after 2015 have them.

If you want to know if your Computer has TPM 2.0 support or not, then press Windows Key + R to open Run Box, then type in “TPM.msc” into it which will open the Windows TPM management tool.

If your computer has TPM enabled, a TPM Management screen will open allowing you to view more additional settings regarding it.

However, if you see the below message, then your computer might not have it and if it does then it's not enabled.

Alternatively, you can also check for TPM and its version in the BIOS.
