Upcoming Galaxy S22 Exynos 2200 Variant listed as a "Supported" By Netflix
Exynos 2200 x AMD Radeon Graphics |
The Galaxy S22 has been under speculations for over a month now along with Samsung's new so-called flagship processor, the Exynos 2200. Netflix now listed the Exynos 2200 along with the Exynos 2100 found in the previous Galaxy S22 even though it's been with us for a very long time.
We saw previously that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S22 will see a divergence in different regions. North America is likely to get a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 while the rest of Europe is likely to see the Exynos 2200 variants (see the *leaked* list here for all regions).
Ice Universe, a well-known leaker recently tweeted the GeekBench scores of the Exynos 2200 vs Qualcomm 8 Gen 1 and some other processors as well according to which the Exynos 2200 was lagging behind all of its competitors, but that could be wrong as it's just an early benchmark test and the reality inside a final phone model could be different.
Even if the Exynos 2200 is outside the flagship lines, we at least are assured that HD, as well as HDR10 content, is going to be streaming fine while using Netflix.
The Galaxy Unpacked event 2022 is set to be held on the 9th of February and will bring the answers to our questions with the launch of the Galaxy S22.
